Business Events at The Barns

The Barns can offer plenty of flexibility when planning your stay, with our professional team on hand to help plan and organise your event. They have the experience of hosting a number of national and regional companies and will work with you to ensure your event runs smoothly and the space provided best suits your requirements. We help provide tailor-made event days: organising activities on-site or suggesting active away days for you and your team to enjoy. After a day of exploring, return to The Barns and be greeted by caterer-prepared meals, chefs cooking a feast, a mobile bar, or have a quiet night with a dip in the hot tub.

We offer a wide selection of amazing local caterers who can come into The Barns and create a menu to suit you, whether that's a canapé and cocktails evening, a 3 course fine-dining meal for all or a BBQ in our sunny courtyards, we can cater to you.

We have a huge range of activities that we can arrange for you. Our local activity centre Oaker Wood can offer anything from high-ropes to paintballing to wood whittling. Or, for something more subdued we have a fantastic local Gin Distillery in Penrhos Spirits who offer tours and tastings. From our door we have an abundant amount of walks - visit pubs and picnic spots, or build up a sweat on a hired bike. We can also host on-site team-building activities including mini-golf, laser clay shooting, and 'sports days' - or - for something more serene we can arrange gin tasting, truffle making, floristry or pottery workshops, or yoga classes. Everything can be planned based on your wishes; if you have any ideas, let us know - we will do our best to make it happen.

With 20 bedrooms and bathrooms, we can sleep up to 48 or 39 in individual beds. We have dedicated TV rooms, large open-plan kitchen dining spaces to feast, a huge well-equipped presentation space as well as a number of break-out rooms, plenty of parking, hot tubs and outdoor space for gathering together.
